I specialize in helping women transform their bodies through sustainable weight loss, lean muscle building, and strength training. My approach focuses on body recomposition, reducing body fat while building strong, lean muscle to create lasting results and a confident, healthy lifestyle.
With a deep understanding of how the body changes with age, I design programs that support metabolism, improve strength, and help women feel energized, capable, and in control of their health.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association), with additional certifications in Functional Training, Strength & Conditioning, and Nutrition, allowing me to combine effective training methods with proper nutrition guidance for optimal results.

I started my fitness journey at one of the lowest points in my life. I was married with a new baby, just beginning to build a life and a family, and then one day, it was just the two of us. I found myself navigating everything on my own, unsure of how I was going to get through it. I felt lost, like I was just going through the motions, not really present, not really caring. I remember feeling like a walking zombie, trying to hold everything together.
Then one day, something shifted. I realized it wasn't just about me anymore. I had a little girl who needed me to be strong, focused, and present. Fitness became my outlet. It helped me release frustration, rebuild my confidence, and reminded me that I was capable of more than I ever thought. It gave me strength, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I can honestly say that fitness saved me. It became my therapy, my foundation, and my way forward.
Fitness has been a part of my life for my entire adult life, and I have also worked in the health industry for over 20 years. Supporting others in their health and well-being has always been something I've been deeply passionate about.
As my children grew and I entered a new chapter of life, I felt a strong pull to turn that lifelong passion into something more. At 50, I decided to fully step into the fitness world and become a certified personal trainer through ISSA, one of the best decisions I ever made. Today, I specialize in helping women feel confident, strong, and proud of themselves. My mission is to help women create lasting results, build strength from the inside out, and feel their absolute best, because it is never too late to start.
My training philosophy is built on strength, simplicity, and sustainability. I believe in helping women build a strong foundation through resistance training, proper nutrition, and consistency, not extremes or quick fixes. I prioritize proper form, injury prevention, and gradual progression so my clients feel confident and capable every step of the way.
What makes me different is that I truly understand the journey, because I've lived it. I stepped into this career at 50, and I know firsthand what it takes to build strength, confidence, and a healthy body later in life. Once menopause hits, training and nutrition both have to evolve, and this is exactly where I guide my clients. I don't believe in hours of cardio or restrictive dieting. I build real relationships with my clients and hold them accountable every step of the way. You're not just getting a trainer, you're getting someone who truly cares about your progress and your confidence.
